Looking for a unit that will keep you learning, growing, and thinking on your feet? The Observation Unit at Deaconess Gateway is one of the most dynamic areas in the hospital, caring for a wide variety of patients requiring further evaluation, treatment, and diagnosis.

With short patient stays and a fast-paced environment, you'll build strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and time management skills while working alongside physicians, case management, therapy, and social work teams. Whether you're a new nurse looking to build a strong foundation or an experienced RN seeking variety, this unit offers the perfect blend of learning, teamwork, and career growth.

Requirements

  • Active Indiana RN license or valid compact RN license

Preferred: Certifications/Licenses/Experience:

  • 2-3 Years of RN experience preferred
  • BSN required, or in process

Schedule: Full-Time | Night Shift | 36 Hours Per Week
