About the Contract Opportunity

Stronghouse is looking for driven, professional, and detail-oriented individuals to partner with us as Independent Roofing Sales Team Leaders. This opportunity is designed for experienced sales professionals who want to continue building their own book of business while helping develop the next generation of roofing sales professionals.

This isn’t just a sales role—it’s an opportunity to lead, mentor, and grow a team while operating your own independent sales business with the backing of a trusted brand. As a Team Leader, you will continue performing all responsibilities of an Independent Roofing Sales Contractor while also supporting recruiting, training, and coaching efforts within your team.

You'll have the freedom to manage your schedule, build your pipeline, and maximize your earning potential while leveraging our proven systems, marketing tools, and support resources. We provide the training materials, product knowledge, and leadership support needed to help both you and your team succeed.

What You’ll Do:

  • Generate your own leads through canvassing, referrals, networking, and community outreach
  • Connect with homeowners and build lasting relationships
  • Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and guide them with confidence through the process 
  • Manage your schedule and sales pipeline independently 
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through project completion
  • Consistently achieve personal sales goals and revenue targets

Team Leadership Responsibilities

  • Lead by example through strong personal sales performance and professionalism
  • Mentor, coach, and support new Independent Roofing Sales Contractors as they enter the business
  • Share proven sales strategies, product knowledge, and industry best practices
  • Conduct ride-alongs, sales training sessions, and hands-on coaching in the field
  • Help team members develop confidence in prospecting, inspections, presentations, and closing sales
  • Support recruiting efforts by identifying and attracting high-quality sales talent
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and growth-oriented team culture
  • Encourage team members to meet and exceed their individual goals
  • Serve as a trusted resource for questions related to roofing systems, insurance claims, customer service, and sales processes
  • Collaborate with company leadership to improve team performance and drive overall growth

Qualifications: 

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation 
  • Proven sales experience in the roofing industry
  • Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing and lead generation 
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated entrepreneur with the ability to work independently
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset
  • Comfortable working in the field and engaging directly with homeowners
  • Willing to learn and execute company standards 
  • Able to climb ladders and safely navigate roofs 
  • Active LLC and EIN (or willing to obtain)
