Key Responsibilities:

Participate in daily operations of a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
Respond promptly and respectfully to guest needs
Train new hires and set the tone for each shift
Lead by example as a friendly, encouraging team player
Manage opening/closing duties and key holder responsibilities
Ensure effective communication with team members

Qualifications:

A positive attitude and a friendly smile
Ability to create and maintain eye contact
Strong communication skills and enthusiasm
Reliable transportation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to superior customer service
Prior experience in a leadership role is preferred but not required
