As a full-turnkey company, we provide professional relocation, liquidation services, and clean-out services.We are seeking Team Members and Team Leaders in Training. We offer a supportive environment, where you can lean into challenges, while continuously learning.Responsibilities: Providing world class customer service to our clients, customers, and team!Professionally packing/unpacking household goods Assisting in household sorting and organizingPreparing homes for liquidations of all types including online auctions and clean outs Serving as staff for our online auction pickupsRequirements:World class customer service skills Professional attitude and demeanorStrong character and integrity Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shiftsExcellent communication skills Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environmentComfortable working in a fast-paced environment Physical ability - including prolonged standing, repetitive bending, climbing, and lifting up to 25 lbs.Willing to work in dirty and/or cluttered environments Reliable transportationValid Driver’s License Smart phone accessMust pass background checkStarting Pay Rate: $15 an hour. Pay increases after successful trial period.Part-time employees may work from 10 hours to 30+ hours per week.Advance from a team member to a team leader brings additional pay increase.
