Our Team Member position job description is as follows:

• Must be able to work as a team player
• Record, prepare, and serve with a SMILE all guest orders
• Maintain cleanliness at all times
• Follow ALL Firehouse Subs product requirements and food quality standards
• Finalizing tenders such as cash, credit cards, and gift cards
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Maintain a positive attitude at all times
• Ability to give a warm heartfelt "Welcome to Firehouse!" to each guest entering the store
• Willing to follow all other requirements and rules set by members of management
• Ability to learn the menu and be product knowledgeable
• Willing to stay Customer focused, Work hard, Treat people fairly, Learn and above all HAVE FUN!!!
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment with constant changes
• MUST be able to report to work on-time and as schedule
