Looking for a job where no two shifts feel the same? Come join the team at Launch Entertainment in Framingham, where energy, teamwork, and guest excitement are part of every day.
Our Team Members help create the fun atmosphere Launch is known for. You might be welcoming guests at the front desk, helping keep attractions running safely, supporting birthday parties and group events, or assisting in our Krave Café. Every role works together to make sure guests have an incredible time from the moment they walk in.
If you like staying active, working with a supportive team, and being part of a place where families come to celebrate and have fun, this could be the job for you.
What We're Looking For
We're searching for people who bring enthusiasm, reliability, and a great attitude to every shift.
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Enjoy interacting with kids, families, and groups
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Open to learning multiple roles around the park
Experience in food service, retail, or hosting events is helpful, but not required.
