What You'll Do

As a Team Member, you'll help create an exceptional experience for every guest by delivering outstanding service and consistently great products. Every smoothie you make represents our commitment to quality and every interaction is a chance to make someone feel welcome.

Your responsibilities include:

• Craft delicious smoothies, smoothie bowls, and Power Eats menu items with accuracy, consistency, and care.
• Welcome every guest with a genuine smile and provide friendly, personalized service.
• Build meaningful connections by listening to guests' needs and helping them choose products that support their health and wellness goals.
• Prepare fresh fruits, vegetables, and ingredients while maintaining our high standards for quality and food safety.
• Complete opening, shift, and closing responsibilities to help the store run smoothly.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and inviting for both guests and teammates.
• Arrive on time, ready to contribute with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Support your teammates, encourage one another, and help create a workplace where everyone feels valued.
• Take pride in every product you serve because our guests deserve the very best.

Who We're Looking For
