Your Role

  • Lead and organize the Analytical Innovation team within the Analytical Science organization.
  • Take responsibility for managing and further developing a qualified and motivated team.
  • Drive initiatives supporting the development and implementation of new analytical methods and procedures, considering the latest scientific insights.
  • Provide expertise in the professional evaluation of analytical results, preparation of reports, and development of recommendations for action.
  • Act as a key contact within Analytical Science for R&D and support innovative projects.
  • Serve as an internal advisor in cross-functional communication and contribute to customer interactions when required.
  • Coordinate projects within the team and prioritize ongoing and upcoming activities together with relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the continuous standardization and optimization of processes.

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed studies in food chemistry or a comparable field with a focus on chemical analytics (State Examination, Master's, Diploma, or PhD).
  • Several years of professional experience in analytics, ideally within the food, pharmaceutical, or chemical industry.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to quickly build professional and cross-functional networks.
  • Reliable, solution-oriented, and execution-focused way of working, appreciated by colleagues (m/f/d).
  • Very good IT application skills; familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
  • Working languages are English and German.
