Für unseren Bereich Project Management suchen wir ab sofort, in Vollzeit und unbefristet einen:

Teamleiter (m/w/d) Program Management

Standort: Böblingen

Requisition Nr.: R-26-18380

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Business Cases begleiten: Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance und weiteren Bereichen zur Erstellung tragfähiger Geschäftskonzepte

  • Projektpläne abstimmen: Validieren und Anpassen von Plänen, damit sie die strategischen und operativen Ziele erfüllen - auch für mehrere parallel laufende Projekte

  • Ressourcen steuern: Planung und Leitung von Projekten inklusive Termintreue, Zielkosten, Budgeteinhaltung und Produktanforderungen

  • Meetings: Teilnahme an lokalen Management-Meetings, Sicherstellung von Transparenz und Kommunikation zwischen Projektteam und Führungsebene

  • Prozesse verbessern: Initiieren und leiten von Optimierungsprojekten zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Qualität innerhalb des Projektmanagements und funktionsübergreifend

  • Teamführung: Aufgaben delegieren, Ergebnisse prüfen und Teammitglieder coachen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung; ein Masterabschluss oder zusätzliche Qualifikationen im Projektmanagement (z. B. PMP, PRINCE2) sind von Vorteil

  • Mind. 5-8 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise in technischen oder produktbezogenen Umgebungen

  • Fundierte Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement-Tools (z. B. MS Project)

  • Nachweisbare Führungserfahrung und Erfahrung in der Steuerung funktionsübergreifender Teams

  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, Kommunikationsstärke und hohe Eigeninitiative

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
