Sie führen ein kleines Team, sorgen für eine reibungslose Auftragsabwicklung, pflegen hochwertige Dokumentationen und fungieren als wichtiger Ansprechpartner für Kunden, OEMs und Logistikpartner.

Leitung und Unterstützung des Automotive Administration Team
Sie stellen eine hohe Qualität und Genauigkeit in aller administrativen Prozessen sicher
Kommunizieren Sie mit Kunden, OEMs und Dienstleistern
Bearbeitung von Bestellungen, Dokumentation und Systemupdates
Prozesse verbessern und unterstützen bei der Entwicklung der Lagerdienstleistungen
Arbeiten Sie eng mit dem Operation Manager, Qualitäts- und Prozessmanagement zusammen

Was du mitbringst

Absolvierte eine Ausbildung als Speditionskaufmann /-frau, eine ähnliche Qualifikation oder einen Logistikabschluss
Einige Jahre Erfahrung in Logistik/Spedition, einschließlich Teamleitung
Erweitertet Kenntnisse in der Zollabwicklung
Ausgezeichnetes Deutsch und fließende Englischkenntnisse
Starke MS Office und allgemeine Computerkenntnisse
Kundenorientierter, strukturierter, verantwortungsbewusster und selbstbewusster Kommunikator
Starke analytische Fähigkeiten, problemlösende Denkweise und die Fähigkeit, unter Druck zu arbeiten
