• Demonstrated and competent skills in effective communications using reading, writing, and verbal skills.
• Decision-making skills without direct supervision.
• Understand blueprints.

Math

• Demonstrated and competent skills in basic mathematics; decimals.

Mechanical

• Demonstrated competency with basic hand tools and micrometers.
• Ability to perform setups, adjustments, disassemble/assemble components on assembly operations equipment.
• Ability to understand basic 110 volt electrical circuitry/principles.
• Ability to operate multiple machines.

Physical

• Ability to perform for extended periods of heavy physical exertion and close mental/visual attention.
• Ability to climb platforms, perform work requiring twisting, bending, and lifting.

General

• Ability to make extensive decisions concerning operations and adjustment of equipment, stock selection, quality issues without direct supervision.
