This role is ideal for an experienced communications attorney who is comfortable leading complex regulatory matters, advising sophisticated clients, and serving as a senior strategic resource within a growing practice.The position offers significant responsibility in shaping regulatory strategy, mentoring junior attorneys, and supporting client and practice development in the wireless, mobility, and infrastructure space.What You’ll DoLead and manage wireless regulatory and spectrum matters for major communications and technology clientsAdvise on regulatory strategy, compliance obligations, spectrum issues, and emerging wireless policy developmentsPrepare, review, and supervise complex filings and submissions before the FCC and other federal agenciesServe as a senior point of contact for clients on high‑level strategic and regulatory mattersMentor associates and contribute to training and team development within the practiceSupport business development initiatives related to wireless, mobility, infrastructure, and adjacent technologiesCollaborate with cross‑disciplinary teams to advance client and practice‑wide objectivesWhat We’re Looking ForJD or LLM from an ABA‑accredited law schoolAdmitted or eligible for admission in the District of Columbia10+ years of experience in wireless regulatory and spectrum mattersDemonstrated ability to independently manage complex FCC mattersExperience engaging directly with sophisticated clients on strategic issuesBackground supervising teams and managing multifaceted workloadsStrong written and oral communication skillsProfessional, organized, and detail‑oriented approachCollaborative mindset and ability to balance competing prioritiesWhy This OpportunitySenior, off‑track role with meaningful leadership responsibilityHigh‑impact wireless and spectrum regulatory workDirect client engagement and strategic advisory focusCollaborative, policy‑driven practice environmentPlatform for experienced practitioners seeking depth and influence over partnership trackInterested in hearing more?
