Job Description

Our Client, a Clinical company, is looking for a Tech II Pharmacy for their Twinsburg, OH location.Responsibilities:
  • Delivery of prescription medical devices; prepare and repackage devices accurately; maintain in-date inventory; order entry and billing of insurance for devices; strong communication /professional demeanor with team members and patients, cross functionally within the business and with outside vendors.
  • Applies basic skills and techniques to complete routine tasks within assigned area
  • Maintains appropriate licenses, training and certifications
  • Works on basic and routine assignments
  • Works within clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures and/or scientific methods
  • Adheres to all quality guidelines
  • Works under close supervision.
  • All work is reviewed for accuracy
  • Any deviations from the norm are approved by the supervisor before proceeding
  • Fulfillment of prescription device products; shipping
  • Prescription order entry
  • Billing experience preferred
  • Inbound/outbound patient calls
  • Outbound physician calls
Requirements:
  • Looking for technicians who are currently Registered or Certified.
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years in retail/LTC/mail-order experience
  • Must provide Active Registration with OH BOP; CPhT (Ohio or National)
  • Must provide proof of up to date Technician CEs
