Job Description
Urgent Hiring – Tech Lead (Mobile Reliability & Observability)
We are urgently hiring an Onsite Tech Lead to drive reliability, observability, and operational excellence for mobile applications (iOS & Android – React Native).
Role: Tech Lead – Mobile Reliability & ObservabilityLocation:Dallas, TX (Onsite – No Remote)Start:Immediate / ASAP
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong experience in mobile app reliability & observability
- Expertise with Azure Application Insights and Azure Monitor
- Experience defining SLIs/SLOs, monitoring, alerting, and RCA
- Solid knowledge of Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C)
- Scripting skills: Python / PowerShell / Node.js
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, and incident management
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Proven technical leadership and team mentoring experience
