" Develop and maintain user-friendly dashboards to support operational monitoring, reporting, and data analysis

" Design and implement custom dashboards with real-time analytics to provide actionable business insights

" Support the secure migration and validation of up to 10 years of historical data from the Data Traks platform

" Manage and support integration with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) for authentication and identity management

" Ensure compliance with security standards by implementing and maintaining TLS 1.3 encryption for data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest

" Configure and administer Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to enforce appropriate user permissions and access restrictions

" Monitor and maintain audit trails and system logs to support compliance, security investigations, and operational reporting

" Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to support system enhancements, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives

" Perform system health checks, monitor application performance, and resolve issues in a timely manner

" Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and support knowledge articles
