Job Title: SCM Consultant (Supply Chain Management Consultant)Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced SCM Consultant to design, optimize, and implement supply chain solutions. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance operational performance.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze existing supply chain processes and identify gaps and improvement opportunitiesDesign and implement end to end supply chain solutions (Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Logistics)Collaborate with cross functional teams including procurement, finance, operations, and ITConfigure and support SCM systems (ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, etc.)Drive demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization initiativesProvide business process reengineering and best practice recommendationsSupport system implementation, testing, and go live activitiesDeliver user training and documentation for SCM processesTroubleshoot issues and provide ongoing supportRequired SkillsQualificationsBachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or related field3 10 years of experience in SCM or consulting rolesStrong knowledge of supply chain processes (P2P, Order Management, Inventory, Logistics)Hands on experience with ERP systems (SAP SCM/MM, Oracle SCM, etc.)Analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesPreferred QualificationsExperience in SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM, SAP APO/IBP, or Oracle SCM CloudCertification in Supply Chain (CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent)Experience in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)Knowledge of integration and automation toolsKey CompetenciesBusiness process optimizationStakeholder managementData driven decision makingProject managementAdaptability and continuous learningWork EnvironmentConsulting/Client facing roleMay require travel depending on project needsHybrid/Onsite opportunities based on organizational requirements
