  • Participate in the month-end close and support quarterly consolidation process and IFRS reporting to investors, including independently preparing or reviewing complex journal entries and reconciliations.

  • Support US GAAP and IFRS audit processes, ensuring timeliness and accuracy in deliverables to auditors.

  • Support federal surveys and compliance filings, including the BE-15 for foreign direct investment.

  • Support the partnership with IT and business operations teams to optimize ERP and CRM integrations to continue to automate close processes while maintaining high standards for internal controls.

  • Support the partnership with legal and procurement teams for continuous improvement of the contract review process.

  • Develop and support relationships with cross-functional teams to understand broad goals and provide accounting guidance and best practice recommendations to allow for organization-wide process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting;

  • CPA or equivalent certification

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in technical accounting, preferably within a high-growth technology or robotics environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel experience and a passion for utilizing technology to solve complex problems.

  • Demonstrated history of managing multiple concurrent initiatives and maintaining workflow amidst competing priorities.

  • Proven ability to communicate complex accounting conclusions to Controller-level stakeholders with transparency and clarity.
