Responsibilities

Provide thorough consultations with clients on desired hair services
Provide exceptional stylist and/or barbering services efficiently while exceeding customer expectations
Keep station clean and organized
Educate clients on retail products
Follow all safety and cleaning procedures as directed by state regulations

Qualifications

Must have a valid salon and/or barber license in the state of Minnesota
Team players who can give exceptional client service with a friendly & positive attitude
Passionate and dedicated to the industry
Desire to learn and evolve as a professional hair stylist or barber
Strong foundation in short cuts and clipper work, as well as knowledge of long cuts
