- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, plus 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience writing and troubleshooting SQL queries.
- Practical experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD SSO — including configuration, access troubleshooting, and integration with enterprise applications.
- Demonstrated experience supporting or implementing API integrations, including diagnosing failures in data exchange between systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and drive data-informed decisions.
- Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business and technical requirements.
- Familiarity with Databricks and/or Oracle environments is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Strong meeting facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing or technical support environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable, with a professional demeanor under pressure.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while remaining a strong team contributor.
