JOB TITLE: Technical Design 5LOCATION: Everett, WAPAY RATE: $63.25/hour
We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Qualifying Questions:

Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role?
Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?
Summary:
Create and update drafted parts and product structures to support production and quality concerns.
Perform model definition changes and translate engineering concepts into physical part geometry and assemblies.
Support real-time fabrication and production flow issues.
Collaborate with Design, Stress, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supplier teams.
Support materials/process engineering, non-conformance analysis, and failure investigations.
Develop technical requirements, specifications, and engineering documentation.
Requirements:
Associate degree or equivalent drafting/design experience.
9+ years of aerospace design experience, including:
Detail and assembly parts
Product structures
Metallic part machining
Experience with CATIA or equivalent solid modeling tools.
Experience using Integrated Visualization Tool (IVT).
Strong understanding of CAD and aerospace product structures.
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong problem-solving, investigative, and multitasking skills.
Experience managing projects across multiple organizations.
Experience working in engineering lab environments.
