Sharpen Your Estimation Game- Crunch numbers to estimate fabrication costs, helping sales teams build competitive quotes.
Think Like a Designer- Evaluate customer proposals, specs, and manuals to assess feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements.
Refine & Optimize- Recommend system modifications to ensure peak performance, compliance, and reliability.
Drive Quality & Collaboration- Partner with sales and quality teams to tackle technical challenges and deliver top-tier solutions.
Expand Your Influence- Get involved with industry organizations and committees, growing your expertise and network.

What We're Looking For:

A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
0-5 years of experience (internships, co-ops, or hands-on projects a big plus!).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor (2009+), and blueprint reading-or a willingness to learn fast.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
A collaborative mindset and a hunger for growth.
