We're seeking a Technical Designer to lead the transformation of visionary design concepts into high-quality, production-ready garments. In this role, you'll own the technical design process from concept through production, ensuring fit, construction, and materials meet brand standards and market expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead fit sessions and manage pattern development using 2D/3D tools (e.g., Browzwear).
- Create and maintain technical specs in PLM systems (e.g., Centric).
- Ensure product quality through construction reviews and development audits.
- Analyze returns and feedback to drive continuous product improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and serve as the technical point of contact for vendors.
- Mentor junior team members and champion innovation in technical design.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Fashion Design, Technical Design, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical design or apparel product development.
- Expertise in garment construction, pattern making, grading, and fit.
- Proficiency in PLM, Adobe Illustrator, CAD, and 3D design tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
