Job Description

Our client, a leading technology and hospitality platform, is looking to hire a Technical Education Program Manager in the United States (Remote).

Pay Rate Range: $48/hr to $58/hr W2

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute technical learning and education programs across Engineering, AI, Machine Learning, and Data organizations.

  • Partner with subject matter experts, senior leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, communications, and operational processes across multiple concurrent initiatives.

  • Create and support learning content, including presentations, job aids, program documentation, and communication materials.

  • Track program metrics and effectiveness, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Coordinate logistics for virtual learning events, workshops, forums, and community-building activities.

  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers while driving mitigation plans.

  • Support technical onboarding, enablement, and upskilling initiatives across the organization.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience supporting technical learning, education, enablement, onboarding, or training programs.

  • Experience working with Engineering, Product, Data, AI/ML, or other technical organizations.

  • Strong project management skills, including stakeholder management, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.

  • Experience managing multiple workstreams and driving programs from planning through execution.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience creating presentations, documentation, and learning materials.

  • Experience measuring program success through metrics, reporting, and data analysis.

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Engineering Education initiatives.

  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Continu, LinkedIn Learning, Cornerstone, or similar platforms.

  • Experience with technical enablement, engineering onboarding, developer education, or workforce upskilling programs.
