Job Description
Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management. Experience implementing Mobile Device Management solutions in enterprise environments. Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory). Experience with Apple Business Manager, Apple DEP/ADE. Experience configuring Conditional Access, compliance policies, and device security policies. Knowledge of M365 administration and endpoint security best practices. Experience with device enrollment, application deployment, and policy management. Ability to troubleshoot enrollment, synchronization, and device compliance issues. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience documenting technical processes and providing knowledge transfer to agency staff.
