  • Serve as a key technical resource for CT Results, providing depth and breadth of engineering expertise.

  • Make technical decisions, within functional, company, and industry guidelines, that impact the function.

  • Lead technical design discussions and influence engineering decisions across teams, gaining support on difficult technical issues.

  • Ensure results data solutions meet GxP, data-integrity, security, and performance requirements.

  • Build integrations and services connecting results data across clinical systems using modern patterns (APIs, event-driven architecture).

  • Partner with solution managers, architects, and stakeholders to align delivery to standards and roadmaps.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Engineering experience with depth and/or breadth in the discipline, recognized within a function or area.

  • Experience with anticipating and resolving key technical and data problems impacting a function.

  • Experience leading technical design discussions and influencing engineering decisions across teams.

  • Experience mentoring engineers and building technical capability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, able to influence complex technical issues and present to varied audiences.
