Technical Machine Operator Penmac Staffing is hiring for a full-time, TECHNICAL MACHINE OPERATOR in Conway, AR. The helper works alongside experienced machine operators and can grow into an operator position as skills develop.Requirements for the Technical Die Press Machine Operator We are looking for dependable candidates who want to build a career and grow within a company. Qualified applicants should have:

Experience working on or around die press equipment
Manufacturing, machine helper, or machine operator experience preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Stable work history with demonstrated job longevity
Desire for long-term, full-time employment

Responsibilities

Assist machine operators with equipment setup and production processes
Monitor product quality and production flow
Assist with troubleshooting minor machine and production issues
Learn machine operation skills with the goal of advancing into an operator role

Schedule & Pay

Full-time
Both 1st shift and 2nd shift opening
Pay depends on experience
Specific shift hours to be provided during the interview process
