We're building a new kind of living experience: one that's flexible, connected, and designed to create genuine community and real value for the people who call Flow home.

Our mission is oneness: prioritizing our residents and their experiences, and fostering connection with ourselves, their neighbors, and the natural world. By putting people at the center of everything we do, we're creating vibrant, human-centered communities where life, work, creativity, and play all come together in one place.

  • Track material selections, samples, shop drawings, and approvals to ensure accuracy and alignment with design intent.
  • Monitor vendor coordination, lead times, and technical constraints.
  • Attend site visits and construction meetings to support design execution and resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation, drawing sets, and project records.
  • Help improve internal workflows, technical standards, and coordination processes within the design team.

Ideal Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical design, project coordination, or design operations.
  • Strong understanding of construction documentation, detailing, and FF&E coordination.
  • Experience working on hospitality, residential, or branded environments preferred.
  • High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator able to bridge creative intent and technical requirements.
  • Proficiency in design and documentation tools (Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, preferred; Adobe Suite).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic studio environment.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive benefits package (Medical / Dental / Vision / Disability / Life)
  • Paid time off and 13 paid holidays
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)
  • Access to HSA-compatible plans
  • Pre-tax commuter benefits
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP), free therapy through SpringHealth, acupuncture, and other wellness offerings
