Job Title: Technical Operations InternDepartment: Technical OperationsReports To: Director of Technical OperationsSUMMARYThe Seattle Seahawks/First and Goal, Inc. are seeking an expert candidate to serve as an intern in the Technical Operations department from May 2026 thru January 2027. The person in this role will assist with preparation and operation of stadium A/V systems for a wide variety of events including Seahawks games, Sounders FC matches, concerts and other club functions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Work with Tech Ops staff to prepare for stadium and event center events
- Assist with support of A/V systems for club events and meetings
- Help implement special projects at the direction of the Tech Ops staff
- Assist with development of Tech Ops systems technical documentation
- Attend regular weekly meetings with event managers and other operational teams
- Assist in improving the efficiency of the stadium Technical Operations department
- Be currently enrolled as a senior or recent graduate (within 6 months) from a college or university. Graduate school students are eligible
- Knowledge and experience with A/V equipment and broadcast systems
- Desire to gain experience as an A/V Technical professional
- Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to work with people
- Analytical, structured approach to problem solving
- Detail oriented, organized
- Committed to going “above and beyond” to serve the customer
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while managing multiple projects/priorities
- Digital signage systems
- Video production equipment - broadcast cameras, replay, switchers
- Audio Mixing Console and Q-sys Software
- A/V equipment – cables, microphones, TV, projectors
- LED display systems
- The employee may need to lift 50 pounds or more
- At times, this job may require many hours of sitting, standing and walking including events and on gameday
- The employee may occasionally need to work at height and/or on ladders
- May 2026 – End of January 2027
- This position works 30 hours per week on average
- Be currently enrolled as a senior or recent graduate (within 6 months) from a college or university. Graduate school students are eligible
- Have authorization to work in the United States
- Be able to work 30 hours per week as well as game day/nights, weekends and other various events
