Job Details: Title: Technical Product Owner / Technical Product Manager Duration: Long term Contract Work Location- Dallas, TX 2 days onsite Experience: 12+ Years Start Date: Immediate Job Description: - We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Product Owner to lead enterprise digital initiatives focused on cloud-native platforms, modern application development, and cross-functional technology delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of product management expertise, technical understanding, stakeholder management, and executive-level communication skills. This role requires close collaboration with engineering, architecture, business stakeholders, and leadership teams to define product strategy, roadmap, and execution across large-scale enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities
  • Drive product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution for enterprise digital platforms and applications.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, architects, and program leadership to define product vision and priorities.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical product deliverables.
  • Lead product discovery sessions, requirement workshops, backlog prioritization, and roadmap alignment activities.
  • Partner with engineering teams to support cloud modernization and platform transformation initiatives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams across Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
  • Develop executive presentations, business cases, status reports, and product demos for leadership reviews.
  • Ensure alignment between business goals, customer experience, and technical implementation.
  • Support release planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communication.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making and continuous product improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • 10 15 years of overall IT experience with significant experience in Product Management or Technical Product Management roles.
  • Strong understanding of modern application architectures and enterprise product delivery.
  • Hands-on knowledge of:
    • Python
    • Java
    • AWS Cloud technologies and cloud-native application concepts
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies in large enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and system integrations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical leadership teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Experience of preparing executive-level presentations and conducting client-facing discussions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within aviation, transportation, logistics, or large enterprise environments is a plus.
  • Exposure to digital transformation and cloud migration initiatives preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar collaboration platforms.
  • Experience working in regulated or highly secure enterprise environments preferred.
  • Candidates should be authorized to work in the United States on a long-term basis without sponsorship constraints.
