Required Skills & Qualifications

Applicants must be able to work directly on W2
6 years of experience in IT
3 years of experience in Program Management
Expertise in Project Management
Proficiency in SAP HANA, SAP ERP
Strong analytical skills

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience with complex deployment planning
Proficiency in Client Excel and Jira
Prior experience with SAP S/4HANA deployment
Strong communication skills and cross-functional leadership abilities

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Develop project plans and define project/program scope, goals, and deliverables
Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives
Facilitate development efforts between internal teams and external providers
Communicate status updates to stakeholders with quantitative measurements
Ensure projects/programs are completed within scope, timeline, and budget
Identify risks and create risk mitigation plans
Collaborate with technical teams to translate objectives into actionable strategies
Guide execution using standard frameworks and development methodologies
