Required Skills & Qualifications
- Applicants must be able to work directly on W2
- 6 years of experience in IT
- 3 years of experience in Program Management
- Expertise in Project Management
- Proficiency in SAP HANA, SAP ERP
- Strong analytical skills
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with complex deployment planning
- Proficiency in Client Excel and Jira
- Prior experience with SAP S/4HANA deployment
- Strong communication skills and cross-functional leadership abilities
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop project plans and define project/program scope, goals, and deliverables
- Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives
- Facilitate development efforts between internal teams and external providers
- Communicate status updates to stakeholders with quantitative measurements
- Ensure projects/programs are completed within scope, timeline, and budget
- Identify risks and create risk mitigation plans
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate objectives into actionable strategies
- Guide execution using standard frameworks and development methodologies
