Job Description
Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager with 12+ years of experience in managing large content management projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Agile methodologies, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee large-scale content management projects.
- Work with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including development, QA, and integration.
- Ensure smooth implementation of AEM Sites, Assets, and Cloud Services.
- Utilize Java, REST APIs, and front-end technologies for system integration.
- Apply Agile/Scrum and Kanban frameworks for project execution.
- Communicate effectively and manage stakeholder expectations.
- 12+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including development, QA, and integration.
- Familiarity with AEM Sites, Assets, and Cloud Services.
- Expertise in Java, REST APIs, and front-end technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven experience in managing large content management projects.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Experience working in digital transformation projects.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
