Technical Program Manager

Payrate: $80.00 - $85.00/hr.Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager to support our Hardware Design TPMs in driving engineering design deliverables, managing hardware component delivery, and creating development schedules. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of product development processes, familiarity with product design fabrication processes, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.Responsibilities

• Support Hardware Design TPMs in coordinating and driving engineering design deliverables, including specifications, DOE, and validation plans.
• Manage delivery of hardware components for development builds and drive qualification to meet mass production timelines.
• Create development, delivery, and qualification schedules based on system requirements, technical challenges, lead-times, and business needs.
• Manage program structure to optimize clarity and efficiency for program teams and leadership.
• Communicate program statuses, identifying potential setbacks, including vendor tooling schedules and design sprints.
• Manage communication within and between internal cross-functional and external partners.
• Ensure program documents are complete, current, and available for staff and leadership review.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Hardware engineering or technical program management in consumer electronics hardware.
• Experience working with a large number of cross-functional partners.
• Clear communication - Regular status - verbal and written.

Skills

• Supplier management skills - work with overseas suppliers.
• Prefer Senior experience, happy to take an engineer who has experience in program management.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $80.00 - $85.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
