Skills: Technical Program Manager Agile methodologies (advanced), SDLC (advanced), Jira (advanced), Confluence (advanced), Risk mitigation (advanced) Contract Type: W2 Duration: 6 Months Location: Dallas, TX (#LI-Onsite)Pay Range: $70-$75#LPJob Summary: This role involves leading complex software development initiatives from planning to execution. The individual will drive cross-functional efforts, define roadmaps, and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery. Critical thinking and strong communication skills are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:

Manage multi-functional technical projects.
Define and own product roadmaps and priorities.
Lead engineering teams to meet project milestones.
Identify and mitigate program risks and issues.
Report on program status and progress.
8 years of engineering and program management experience.
Solid understanding of software engineering methodologies.
Proficiency with project management tools.
