- The Technical Program Manager (TPM) will own the end-to-end planning, governance, execution, and delivery of complex Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) data transformation and cloud modernization programs across AML, KYC, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, case management, and regulatory reporting platforms.
- This role requires a senior delivery leader who can translate business, regulatory, and technology objectives into executable program roadmaps while managing cross-functional dependencies, risks, decisions, and measurable outcomes.
- Own integrated roadmap, delivery plan, milestones, dependencies, RAID, budget, and executive governance across complex FCC transformation programs.
- Translate business, regulatory, and technology objectives into executable plans, measurable outcomes, and clear decision paths.
- Manage scope, schedule, resources, risks, issues, decisions, and escalations across multi-team and multi-vendor delivery.
- Lead FCC data transformation and cloud modernization across legacy, lakehouse, analytics, reporting, and operational platforms.
- Partner with architecture and engineering teams to validate solution design, delivery sequencing, non-functional requirements, and operational readiness.
- Oversee ingestion, ETL/ELT, data models, reconciliation, lineage, metadata, monitoring, integration, and platform cutover execution.
- Ensure delivery aligns with AML, KYC, sanctions, transaction monitoring, audit, regulatory, and internal risk expectations.
- Govern data quality, reconciliation, traceability, evidence, control validation, auditability, and production acceptance criteria.
- Identify delivery, technical, compliance, and operational risks and drive mitigation through clear ownership, triggers, and escalation paths.
- Break down complex initiatives into epics, features, milestones, sprint/release plans, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate Agile, hybrid, and waterfall workstreams while maintaining disciplined program controls and executive visibility.
- Manage environment readiness, testing, defect triage, deployment approvals, cutover, rollback, hypercare, and post-implementation reviews.
- Engage senior business, compliance, risk, technology, architecture, data governance, audit, and vendor stakeholders.
- Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, decisions, and executive asks clearly and actionably.
- Track value realization through improved data quality, reduced manual reconciliation, faster reporting, operational efficiency, and control automation.
