The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a Technical Program Manager for our Enterprise Cloud Solutions group!  The primary focus of this role is to oversee the multi-cloud provisioning and governance workstream at an IC Customer on multiple classification fabrics. This is an on-site position (near Tysons) requiring pre-obtained TS/SCI with CI or FSP. This is a technical customer-facing position. The secondary focus of this role is to oversee another engagement with a defense contractor customer.   • Lead Technical Exchange meetings with customer groups, points of technical integration, and Cloud Service Providers

  • Present to technical security review boards to gain approvals for system architecture changes

  • Communicating technical architecture to stakeholders and customers

  • Manage and report on project roadmap and progress toward goals

  • Presenting to executive level staff

  • Managing Architecture and Delivery

  • Work to grow our footprint and business

  • Communicate program status to stakeholders

  • Coordinate with ECS Sales team to enable customer’s procurement of our services

  • Track and manage program finances, coordinating with CACI finance where applicable

  • Other responsibilities as required

Qualifications:Required:

  • Active TS/SCI with Poly

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in an IT related field 8 years of related experience; or a master’s with 6 years of experience; an Associates with 10 years of experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in leading the design, development and implementation of new software products or major enhancements to existing software in an agile environment.

  • Experience refactoring legacy code and/or applications in a cloud native environment.

  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of server-less computing concepts.

  • Successful track record in providing technical leadership in delivering architecture, engineering, and operation services.

  • Demonstrated experience creating secure applications systems utilizing IC security guidelines and utilizing Customer Authentication and Authorization systems.

  • Demonstrated experience designing, configuring, and maintaining the Information Technology Infrastructure associated with an IT system hosted in the C2S environment.

  • Demonstrated experience reviewing and assessing impact of proposed scope changes to future architectures. Experience accrediting IT systems under the ICD 503 Certification and Accreditation Process.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.

  • Strong public speaking skills and professional demeanor required.

  • Familiarity with IC corporate IT Systems (authentication, logging, etc.)

  • AWS Solutions Architect Certification (associate or pro)

  • A Certification in another cloud (Azure, GCP, OCI)

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
