Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for a Technical Program Manager - AI in Chicago, IL. The work will be done onsite 2 days a week. The rest will be work from home. Compensation is up $220K/yr. Role SummaryWe are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives, from use-case definition through production deployment. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, data science, and business, ensuring AI solutions are delivered reliably, securely, and at scale. The TPM will drive execution across traditional ML, LLM, and agentic AI solutions for diverse product lines. This role would require a hybrid set up requiring client office visits at least 2 days a week in Chicago areaKey Responsibilities
- Own program delivery for multiple AI initiatives, including LLMs, agentic workflows, ML models, and AI-powered applications*
- Translate business use cases into clear technical execution plans, milestones, and dependencies*
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (data science, engineering, cloud, security, product, vendors) to get alignment on defining execution pathway*
- Drive AI lifecycle execution: experimentation? pilot? production? scale*
- Ensure alignment with AI governance, risk, privacy, and compliance requirements*
- Establish and track program metrics (delivery, model readiness, risk, adoption)*
- Identify and mitigate technical, operational, and regulatory risks
- 10+ years of experience in technical program or product delivery, with 5+ years in AI/ML initiatives*
- Good understanding of:
- ML and LLM concepts (training vs inference, prompts, embeddings, evaluation)*
- AI architectures (model APIs, orchestration, retrieval, agents)*
- Experience delivering solutions on cloud platforms (Azure preferred)*
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 an added advantage *
- Ability to work with offshore teams*
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-team technical programs*
- Strong stakeholder communication skills (ability to engage with VP level audience across diverse teams)
