Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle (Agile/Scrum), dependency management, and cross-team execution. " Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystems (Data Cloud, Agentforce) " Experience in regulated environments (healthcare) with data governance and compliance considerations. " Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), including executive-level reporting " Experience with knowledge/content platforms and/or data integration Also, we are mainly looking for resources from CA location who can work on CA pulsepoint. Job Description: Technical Program Manager (AI & Large-Scale Initiatives) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and drive large-scale, cross-functional initiatives, with a strong focus on AI-driven solutions, knowledge platforms, and enterprise technology delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end program execution, stakeholder alignment, governance setup, and ensuring timely delivery across distributed teams in a highly regulated environment (healthcare preferred). Key Responsibilities Program Planning & Execution Lead end-to-end program planning, roadmap creation, and execution of complex initiatives Ensure alignment across multiple workstreams, dependencies, and delivery milestones Stakeholder Management Act as the central point of contact for business, technology, and leadership stakeholders Facilitate decision-making, align priorities, and ensure program transparency Risk & Issue Management Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues Drive timely escalations and resolution strategies to ensure delivery continuity Governance & Process Definition Establish and manage program governance, including intake, prioritization, QA validation, and release readiness Define and standardize processes for scalable and repeatable delivery Delivery Oversight Monitor program health, timelines, and deliverables Ensure adherence to quality, compliance, and release standards Communication & Reporting Provide clear, structured updates to leadership through executive dashboards and reports Drive effective communication across technical and business teams Core Competencies Program planning and delivery execution Stakeholder management and facilitation Risk and issue management with escalation handling Process definition including governance, intake, QA, and release readiness Strong attention to detail with a bias for action Preferred Qualifications Experience with AI / knowledge retrieval solutions and enterprise-scale implementations Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC, and cross-team dependency management Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem (Data Cloud, Agentforce) Experience working in regulated environments (Healthcare) with data governance and compliance Exposure to knowledge management platforms, content systems, or data integration solutions Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting
