Role: Technical Program Manager
Job Type: Contract
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)
Job Details:
- Needs to bring stronger project and program management discipline — especially for larger, cross-functional tech initiatives.
- Should be able to lead projects end-to-end, ask the right questions, and ensure accountability.
- Comfortable interfacing with clients and joining calls as needed.
- Expected to embed structure and rigor into a startup-like environment.
Key Requirements
- Strong program leadership and the ability to build and scale processes.
- SaaS experience is critical.
- Experience working within cloud or services architecture.
- Must have a calm demeanor and be gently persistent — able to handle resistance to change without being deterred.
- Should not be easily thrown off by pressure or repeated asks for timelines.
