This role requires a balance of technical insight, leadership, and disciplined program execution to meet customer, schedule, and profitability objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with contract and company goals.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations.

  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking performance against key milestones.

  • Communicate program status, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders and leadership.

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while meeting all customer and quality requirements.

  • Drive process improvements and promote best practices in program execution and communication.

  • Review and evaluate technical and business aspects of RFPs and change requests, including feasibility, requirements flow-down, and impact analysis.

  • Lead preparation of customer proposals and internal authorization packages, coordinating statements of work, cost estimates, and schedules.

  • Coordinate design and manufacturing reviews to ensure design-to-cost, manufacturability, and profitability objectives are met.

  • Provide periodic Program Status Reports (Green/Yellow/Red) highlighting milestones, risks, and corrective actions to business unit and divisional leadership.

Qualifications:

  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering (required); advanced degree preferred.

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical or engineering program management role.

  • RF design and test experience strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated success managing complex technical programs within aerospace or defense environments.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Active or eligible for U.S. security clearance (required).

Work Environment:

  • This role follows a 4-day, 10-hour workweek in our Philadelphia manufacturing facility.
