Job Description

Job Description:As a Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will independently manage the full lifecycle of programs that reach beyond your immediate team, specifically focusing on emissions management and environmental compliance. You will lead, organize, and manage program activities that drive business outcomes while developing systems to proactively identify improvements and drive future optimizations, including change management and performance metrics.Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently authoring program charters addressing scope, timeline, OKRs, resourcing, and risks/dependencies.
  • Building trusted relationships with program stakeholders and managing escalations.
  • Triaging technical issues and assessing the impact of technical escalations across teams.
  • Designing and delivering predictable program communication plans targeted by stakeholder type.
  • Executing change management requirements, including rollout plans and impact analysis.
  • Maintaining project trackers and status reports while identifying and executing program tasks.
  • Defining program governance structures for mitigations, postmortems, and escalations.
