JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Technical Program Manager / Project Manager (PMO Digital & Testing) Pay Rate: $64.28/hr W2 Duration: 5 Months (Possible Extension) Location: Wilmington, DE (Hybrid) Work Setup: ~40% Onsite (aligned with team schedule) Schedule: Standard business hours (occasional peaks during releases) Important Notes

Job Summary The Technical Program Manager will support a high-visibility pilot by driving day-to-day coordination across multiple workstreams including Strategy, Activation, Technology, and Testing. This role ensures seamless execution across testing and release cycles, maintaining alignment, tracking dependencies, and acting as the single source of truth for project status, risks, and deliverables. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as central point of contact across business, tech, and vendor teams
• Coordinate across multiple workstreams and manage dependencies
• Track assets through test and release gates (UAT Prod)
• Maintain project trackers, status reports, and documentation
• Lead meetings, checkpoints, and working sessions
• Manage RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions)
• Ensure timely follow-ups, escalation, and issue resolution
• Support QA/UAT coordination and production releases
• Align timelines, resources, and priorities across teams
• Drive process improvements and PMO best practices

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in Project/Program Management (PMO)
• Experience managing cross-functional, multi-workstream projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with testing & release cycles (UAT, staging, production)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and PM tools (Jira, Asana, Smartsheet)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or digital marketing environments
• Experience coordinating with vendors/agencies
• Familiarity with asset-driven workflows (links, creative, validation)
• Basic understanding of web/digital concepts (URLs, CMS, tagging, QA)
