ABOUT THE ROLE

The Technical Program Manager (TPM) will support the Office of the CTO by driving operational rigor, program visibility, and cross-functional execution across our technology initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and operations-ensuring that technical priorities are clearly defined, tracked, and delivered.

The TPM will act as a central coordination point for technology programs, owning OKR tracking, project logistics, and key operational systems such as vendor management and the technology catalog.

This role will define and scale how technology initiatives are tracked, governed, and executed-bringing structure and transparency to a growing portfolio of work while enabling leadership to make informed decisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Program & OKR Management

  • Own the end-to-end OKR process for the technology organization, including planning, tracking, and reporting
  • Establishand maintain consistent execution cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly reviews)
  • Build and manage dashboards that provide visibility into initiative status, risks, and dependencies
  • Proactively identifydelivery risks and drive resolution across teams

Project & Program Execution

  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across engineering, product, operations, and external partners
  • Drive project intake, prioritization, and tracking processes
  • Facilitateprogram-level meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications
  • Ensure documentation, timelines, and deliverables are consistently maintained

Technology Operations & Governance

  • Own and maintainthe organization's preferred vendor list, including tracking capabilities, usage, and performance
  • Develop and manage a centralized technology catalog, including systems, ownership, integrations, and lifecycle status
  • Support structured decision-making for build vs. buy and vendor selection
  • Act as a force multiplier for the CTO by preparing materials, reports, and executive updates
  • Translate technical initiatives into clear, business-facing insights
  • Help establishand enforce operating rhythms across the technology organization

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Experience

  • 5-10 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Technology consulting, or Business Operations within a technology-driven organization
  • Experience working closely with engineering, product, or IT teams
  • Proven track recordof managing cross-functional programs or initiatives

Skills

  • Strong program and project management capabilities
  • Ability to understand and navigate technical systems and architectures (APIs, integrations, platforms)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with strong follow-through

Preferred

  • Experience supporting executive leadership or working within a CTO/CIO organization
  • Experience managing vendors or third-party technology partners
