Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager with strong experience in RPA (UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate) and a passion for AI-driven automation. You will lead automation programs, manage cross-functional teams, and drive the adoption of intelligent solutions across client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end program management for RPA and AI initiatives.
Define scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Oversee design, development, and deployment of automation solutions (POCs, pilots, production).
Facilitate workshops with business SMEs to gather requirements and document processes.
Drive integration of AI technologies (ML, NLP, intelligent document processing) into RPA solutions.
Mentor developers and junior program managers to build team capability.
Monitor program performance, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

5-7 years of program/project management experience in automation or technical domains.
Hands-on expertise with RPA platforms (UiPath required; Blue Prism, Power Automate preferred).
Strong understanding of AI concepts and applications.
Familiarity with programming (.Net, Java, Python, SQL) is a plus.
Proficiency in process flow-charting tools (Visio or equivalent).
Extra: Experience with document management (Kofax, ABBYY), data integration (Informatica, SSIS), or BPM tools (Pega).
