This role emphasizes automation, data driven program management, and cross functional delivery within firmware/BSP enabled systems.Must Have SkillsStrong hands on Python developer background with proven coding expertiseExperience building tools, scripts, automation frameworks, or data pipelinesComfortable writing, reviewing, and debugging production quality codeCareer transition from Python developer to TPMStarted as a developer or automation engineer and moved into a Technical Program Manager roleMaintains a builder mindset while driving program executionHands on experience with automation, validation workflows, CI/CD, or data analysisTechnical program management experience owning planning, execution, and delivery of engineering programsWorking knowledge of firmware, BSP dependent systems, device drivers, or OS integrationExperience tracking and managing milestones, dependencies, risks, and release readinessAbility to translate deep technical details into clear program plans, metrics, and status updatesStrong cross functional communication with firmware, OS, validation, and partner engineering teams
