Job Description
Primary Skills: Project Planning (advanced), Risk Management (advanced), Cross-functional Collaboration (advanced), Communication (advanced), Process Development (advanced)Contract Type: W2 Duration: 12+ Months Location: Remote Pay Range: $50 - $55 per hour on W2Job Summary:This role will lead the planning and execution of complex technical projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and successful product launches. You will be responsible for proactively identifying and mitigating risks, managing dependencies across teams, and driving initiatives from conception to completion. Success in this position hinges on your ability to navigate ambiguity, foster strong partnerships, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate engineering deliverables for major product launches.
- Proactively manage technical dependencies and project timelines.
- Identify, quantify, and mitigate project risks and opportunities.
- Develop and implement efficient processes in nascent environments.
- Communicate project status and drive accountability with leadership.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven ability to drive complex initiatives to completion.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional technical projects.
