Job Description
Requirements:An undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science, electrical engineering, telecommunications, or related technical field plus 5-8 years industry experience in technical program management, network engineering, or software development is requiredUnderstanding of DWDM/optical network systems, fiber infrastructure, and optical transport networks a plusGood track record of working effectively across different groups in the organizationA record of successful delivery of technical programs from conception through deploymentAbility to work with engineering teams to drive deployment of network infrastructure programsStrong program management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent initiativesAbility to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to get things doneExcellent written and oral communicationShould be familiar with network operations and automation scripting (Python/Bash)Experience coordinating on-ground work execution, scheduling field activities, and managing hardware/device delivery timelinesAbility to manage vendor relationships and coordinate external resources for network deploymentsStrong stakeholder management and reporting skills across multiple teams and leadership levels
