About The RoleAdvanced Systems Group LLC is seeking a Senior Broadcast Project Manager to join our team and lead large-scale Audio Visual (AV), Broadcast, or Low Voltage systems integration projects from the ground up. This is a hands-on field role that requires a seasoned project manager with a strong background in Audio Visual (AV), Broadcast, or Low Voltage systems, and direct experience managing new construction projects, attending construction meetings, processing RFIs, submittals, and change orders, maintaining project schedules, tracking budgets, coordinating subcontractors, and driving complex scopes across multiple sites and teams through to closeout.

This role is open to candidates who are either located in the New York/New Jersey/Tri-State area or the San Francisco Bay Area.This hybrid role will work on-site from client site.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning & Execution:
    • Provide senior project leadership for the successful coordination and delivery of complex audiovisual and broadcast system installations.
    • Deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to key stakeholders and partners as required.
    • Lead meetings and workshops necessary to deliver the project.
    • Assist and mentor other project managers as assigned.
  • Client Management:
    • Support the client team to establish baseline project budgets and implement cost control procedures.
    • Take senior responsibility for budget control and reconciliation.
    • Lead the vendor bidding process with a senior perspective, enhancing vendor selection and negotiations.
  • Resource Allocation:
    • Coordinate the output of the engineering design team with a focus on meeting advanced technical requirements.
    • Proactively identify risks and offer advanced solutions to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Quality Assurance:

    • Ensure that coordination of AV and broadcast requirements aligns with the building completion schedule at a senior management level.

    • Conduct regular site walks to ensure ASG project and client standards are not just met but surpassed.

Requirements:
  • A Project Management certification or degree

  • A minimum of 4 years of project management experience with significant experience managing large-scale Audio Visual (AV), Broadcast, or Low Voltage projects

  • Direct experience managing new construction projects within Audio Visual (AV), Broadcast, or Low Voltage scopes

  • Field project management experience, with a proven ability to manage projects on site, not solely in a remote or office-based capacity

  • Experience attending construction meetings and managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, project schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and closeout documentation

  • Strong leadership abilities with experience leading large teams and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills

  • Excellent working knowledge of G Suite, SmartSheet, and MS Office

  • Ability to commute to local client sites across the South Bay/Silicon Valley

  • Ability to travel up to 75%

Compensation & Benefits:
This full-time role offers a salary of $120,000 - $140,000 depending on experience.
