Job Title: Technical Project Manager - Power Systems
Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-time
The job
This role supports the delivery of product development initiatives for the ETAP solution. You will help coordinate work across specification, development, and testing activities to ensure features are delivered reliably and meet defined requirements. Working closely with product management, development, and QA teams, you’ll contribute electrical engineering expertise, assist with requirements definition, and participate in system-level testing that validates the product before release.
Key responsibilities
- Support execution of product development projects from specification through release
- Assist in defining, reviewing, and maintaining technical requirements for product features
- Coordinate tasks across development, QA, and product teams to keep work aligned
- Perform and document system and functional testing of product capabilities
- Track issues, risks, and dependencies and escalate as needed
Essential requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred
- 2–5 years of relevant experience
- Experience working with internally developed engineering or software products
- Understanding of requirements definition and verification processes
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams

- Exposure to power systems, industrial electrical networks, or energy infrastructure
- Clear and consistent communication with cross-functional teams
- Curiosity to understand how complex products are designed and validated
- Dependable execution and focus on delivering high-quality product features
Salary Range: 63,500.00 - 105,500.00 USD Annual
This pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation that the position offers, and final compensation can vary within the range depending on work location, job experience, skills, and relevant educational attainment and/or training.
