  • Identify and mitigate risks early, especially in high-risk or highly integrated initiatives
  • Proactively manage integration touchpoints and cross-system impacts
  • Escalate appropriately while presenting solution-oriented options
  • Maintain disciplined governance and decision documentation
  • Support initiatives involving enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, HCM, middleware, analytics, and collaboration systems
  • Partner with architects and system owners to ensure solutions align with enterprise standards
  • Ensure adherence to change management, release governance, and security controls
  • Provide concise and structured reporting to senior leadership
  • Translate technical challenges into clear business impact
  • Maintain transparency across stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience managing technical or enterprise system projects
  • Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong understanding of enterprise application ecosystems and system integrations
  • Experience operating in high-growth, fast-scaling environments
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-risk, high-coordination programs
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, hybrid, or structured delivery models)
  • Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline

Keys to Success in This Role

  • Go-getter mentality with strong ownership and accountability
  • Exceptional ability to drive execution without waiting for direction
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence skills
  • Structured thinker who brings order to complex, ambiguous environments
  • Comfortable operating in high-pressure, high-visibility programs
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • Results-oriented with a bias toward action

Physical Demands

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Occasional standing and walking within the office.
  • Manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
  • Visual acuity to read screens, documents, and reports.
